The rankings are supported by research and analysis of top organizations in the U.S. that have a market capitalization of a minimum $5 billion and adhere to the European Union sustainably standard guidelines. The evaluation is based on greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, water generation, waste generation, and sustainability data disclosure and commitments.
